Nero photoshop

Is it just me or is anyone else having trouble with Nero photoshop? Every time I customise a photo it flashes, which is getting very annoying. Never used to do that,

Some aren't in great condition which is why I'm not selling them on Ebay. Just asking for postage costs.

Tiring and worrying because I wake up every night thinking about the website, patterns and money.
